- 2 Cups Chicken Stock
- 2 Cups Beef Stock
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Whole Green Peppercorns
- 0.5 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons CannaButter
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese Curds or Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Poutine Fries originated in Quebec, Canada and it’s become such a common and popular dish around the world. Start off by peeling your potatoes and slicing them into fries. Place your fries in a bowl of cold water for about an hour or as long as you want depending on how crispy you want your fries. When they’re done soaking, take them out, and pat dry them.
Now in a medium saucepan, heat up the 1.5 tablespoons of CannaOil on low-medium heat and sauté the minced garlic and shallot for about 3 minutes. Proceed to add the chicken and beef stock, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, whole green peppercorns and bring to a light boil.
In a separate saucepan, melt the CannaButter on medium heat, add the flour, and stir until it turns slightly brown, but don’t burn it. Then pour in your stock mixture and let it simmer for about 20 minutes while stirring it occasionally. Add pepper and salt for extra taste.
Proceed to fry your French fries to your liking, then put them on a dish, sprinkle as much mozzarella cheese as you want over your fries, and then pour your homemade gravy on top to help the cheese melt a bit. Just like that, you have a delicious homemade Cannabis infused Poutine Fries!
