IT IMPROVES SOIL NUTRIENTS
With its deep roots that allow it survive in different terrains and soil types, compact the soil while adding beneficial microbes to the soil; hemp is a farmer’s delight.
Due to high concentration of plant nutrients in the stems and leaves, they are mulched back into the soil after harvest, to replenish and ensure fertile land for next season’s cultivation.
IT PURIFIES THE ATMOSPHERE
Hemp can save the world. Don’t you believe it? It has been shown that Hemp plant can absorb green-gas gasses from the atmosphere four times faster than other plants. Which slow down global warming and make our planet safe.
Also, scientists working at the Chernobyl site discovered that the hemp plant conducts phytoremediation thereby reducing the effects of the destructive radioactive isotopes better than any other plant.

Due to the disruption in the supply lines for the Japanese-made hemp, the U.S Department of Agriculture started the “Hemp for Victory” campaign to encourage the growing of the crop.

Hempcrete, the term for the, concretes made from hemp can be used for home insulation. They can also be used to build rot-free, pest-free, mold-free and fire resistant walls which are durable.
The oil from hemp can be processed into a bio-degradable, non-toxic fuel that can power a car.
IT HELPS PRESERVE THE FORESTS
Some research has shown that hemp produces more paper per acre than any other known plant. The implication of this is that fewer trees can be used to meet the world paper needs. Thereby, saving our forests.
